Dal colonialismo diretto al colonialismo indiretto: gli effetti sull'ambiente

Pages 3-12 | Published online: 10 Feb 2014

I'm speaking for Dhungala, my home country. My parents and grandparents told me things I tell you now. I come from that place: I'm responsible for that country, I must look after it… Don't interfere with us—let us live as we wish in our country. The rocks, the trees, they're our spiritual heritage from our forefathers—that's the law, that's how it is.

(Judy Gulungurr, E. Arnhem Land)
