Abstract

This article provides the foundation and describes the pedagogical and functional design of a PLE within the Just4Me project. This environment integrates tools and functionalities to support learning across and throughout life.

The main goal of the pedagogical design is to encourage self-managed learning, regardless of whether it occurs in formal or informal settings. It aims to integrate learning experiences developed within different contexts.

Resumen

En este artículo se fundamenta y describe el proceso de diseño pedagógico y funcional de un PLE en el marco del proyecto Just4Me. Se trata de un entorno que integra herramientas y funcionalidades de apoyo para el aprendizaje a lo ancho y a lo largo de la vida.

El objetivo principal del diseño pedagógico es favorecer los procesos de autogestión del aprendizaje, independientemente de si éste se produce en entornos formales o informales, con el fin de facilitar la integración de experiencias de aprendizaje desarrolladas en distintos contextos.
