Daryl Copeland is an analyst, author, and educator. He speaks and writes on international policy, global issues, diplomacy, and public management, and has recently completed a book, Guerrilla Diplomacy: Rethinking International Relations (Boulder: Lynne Rienner Publishers, 2009). See www.guerrilladiplomacy.com. From 1981 through mid‐2009, Mr. Copeland served as a Canadian diplomat with postings in Thailand, Ethiopia, New Zealand, and Malaysia.
