Daryl Copeland is an analyst, author, and educator. He speaks and writes on international policy, global issues, diplomacy, and public management, and has recently completed a book, Guerrilla Diplomacy: Rethinking International Relations (Boulder: Lynne Rienner Publishers, 2009).
