Rosemina Z. Nathoo is Director of UK Programs and International Legal Counsel at the Centre for Trade Policy and Law. Recently, as Research Director and Lead Trade Law Advisor on the Global Affairs Canada capacity building project to support the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) negotiations process, she documented the history of the Phase I AfCFTA negotiations and provided expert technical advice to ECA and AUC on the draft Agreement. She advises governments on their trade policy strategies, and designs and delivers executive-level training programs for trade practitioners in the areas of trade law, negotiations, legal drafting, and dispute settlement.
