Ultrastructure du pollen de Dysopsis Baill. Relations phylogéniques au sein des Acalypheae (Euphorbiaceae)

, &
Pages 217-222 | Published online: 27 Apr 2013

Summary

The morphological and ultrastructural pollen characters of Dysopsis glechomoides (Richard) Muell.-Arg. are studied to clarify the nature of the apertural region. This pollen type is remarkable in the tribe Acalypheae and can be compared to that of Tragia capensis Thunb. in the Plukenetieae. The data support the separation of the genus into its own tribe, and underscore certain affinities with the Mercurialinae.
