Abstract

Systematic is an ever changing matter: with the use of molecular characters and the rise of phylogenetic approaches, the systematic of the fungi, a large group made of several poorly related lineages, has undergone many changes. In this work, including a glossary, we propose an illustrated update of the phylogenetic classification of fungi sensu lato. This synthesis in French describes the taxa down to the order level, mentions of the available morphological apomorphies and suggests taxa names that should now be avoided or modified according to recent advances. This is a review rather than an original point of view.
