РЕЗЮМЕ
Показано, что исследования структурного и функционального аспекта в отношении биологии пыльцы находятся еще в начальной стадии. Доказаны ее потенциальные возможнос ти в практической биотехнологии.
Метод антерных культур пшеницы включен в стратегию селекции пшеницы, разработанную Сельскохозяйственным научно - исследовательским институтом Венгерской академии наук. Что касается успехов в использовании антерных культур кукурузы, а также в разработке более еффективных и менее вредных методов редиплоидизации пшеничных гаплоидов, то они пока незначительны.
SUMMARY
The brief consideration of some aspects of polen biology indicates that the progress made so far in the field of structural and functional aspects of polen is just the beginning. The new discoveries have brought about the realization that polen has potentional application in practical biotechnology.
The method for wheat anther culture has already been incorporated into the wheat breeding strategies in Agricultural Research Institute.
Limited progress has been made in the laboratory of institute in maize anther culture and in elaboration of more effective and less harmful rediploidizing methods for wheat haploids.
