РЕЗЮМЕ

Из анаэробносброженного коровьего навоза выделен метаногенный штамм М-82. Он составлен из клеток палочкообразной формы, связанных попарно и реже цепочкой. Штамм-грамотрицательный, образует овальные молочно-белые колонии. Н2/СО2 является единственным источником энергии и углерода, причем штамм не использует СН3ОН, HCOONa и СН3СООNа. Комплексные источники углерода, такие как дрожжевой экстракт и триптиказа, стимулируют его рост без необходимости экзогенного СоМ. Оптимальные величины температуры и рН штамма М-82 - 35 - 40°С и 6,5–7,5. Морфологически штамм подобен Methanobrevibacter ruminantium и Methanobrevibacter smithii.

SUMMARY

A methanogenic strain was isolated from anaerobically digested sludge. Strain M-82 was short rods, most of them occured in pairs, only a few in chains. The strain was Gram - negative and its colonies were milky-white and circular. H2/CO2 was the only energy and carbon source for strain M-82, and it could not utilize CH3OH, HCOONa and CH3COONa. Organic compounds such as Yeast extract and Tripticase could stimulate the growth but CoM was not needed. The optimum temperature and pH strain M-82 growth were 35–45°C and 6,5 - 7,5. Morphological the strain is similar to Methanobrevibacter ruminantium and Methanobrevibacter smithii.
