РЕЗЮМЕ
Продуцированы каллус и суспендированные культуры различных зксплантов из Valeriana officinalis L. и Centranthus ruber D. С. Впервые из валериановых растений получена суспендированная корневая культура. Посредством комбинации современных методов (HPLC, CI MS) идентифицированы 13 валепотриатов. Показано, что фосфатный шок блокирует ферменты, которые участвуют в трансформации моноеновых и диеновых валепотриатов, и может стимулировать биосинтез первых.
SUMMARY
Callus and suspension cultures of different explants from Valeriana officinalis L. and Centranthus ruber D. C. have been produced. For the first time for Valeriana plants a suspension root culture has been obtained. 13 valepotriates were identified and analysed by means of modern methods (HPLC, CI MS with amines, etc.). It was shown that phosphate shock lead to blockade of the enzymes taking part in the transformation of monoene into diene valepotriates and eventually stimulates the biosynthesis of the first ones.
