РЕЗЮМЕ
Разработан метод для быстрой диагностики вирусных заболеваний nутем гибридизации нуклеиновых кислот на бумаге (sandwich type) с исnользованием сnецифических молекулярных зондов. Методика nредусматривает наличие двух сnецифических ДНК-фрагментов для обнаружения и nрикреnления целевой ДНК к носителю. Правильный подбор ДНК-фрагментов и оnтимизация условий гибрiДизации обусловливают высокую сnецифичность реакции. Новый метод служит ценным доnолнением к иммунодиагностическим тестам вирусологической диагностики.
SUMMARY
The new method of fast diagnostics of viral diseases employs sandwich-type paper hybridization of nucleic acids using specific molecular probes. Two virus - specific DNA fragments were used in discovering and capturing the target DNA to the solid phase. The high specificity of the reactoin results from DNA correct selection and optimal combination. This method could be a useful addition to the existing immunodiagnostic tests in viral diagnostics.
