РЕЗЮМЕ

Проведены электронномикроскопические исследования клеток высокопрод:,·ктивного М-варианта Bacillus mese11tericus 76 и непродуктивного Т-варианта в трех фазах с, целью получения более полной характеристики ультраструктурных изменений в зтих клетках. Установленные с помощью сканирующей злектронной микроскипии изменения находятся в прям.ой зависимости от изменений, наблюдаемых в ультратонких срезах обоих вариантов етого штамма, а также в тесной связи с биосинтезом молокосвертывающего ферментного комплекса.

SUMMARY

Scanning electron microscopic observations were introduced to the help the detailed evaluation of the ultrastructural changes in the cells of high productive dissociative M-forms of Bacillus mesentericus strain 76, and in the non - productive T-forms during the three developement phases-logarithmic, stationary and dying off. The changes, established with the scanning electron microscopy were in correlation with the changes observed in the ultrathin sections of the both forms/M- and T-/, as well as with the bioproduction of the milkcoagulating enzymatic complex.
