SUMMARY

Mathematical models and methods of approaches in the process of the L-lysine microbiological recovery were discussed in the present article. All approaches ligated with the biosynthesis models of that product on a cell and population level were described. Therefore the fields of application of the stecheo-metrical, biochemical and physiological models were discussed. The general conclusions were that for the purpose of the optimization and the control at this stage of physiology investigation the population's models could be more significant and usual.
