SUMMARY

As primary explants were used hypocotyl-cotyledon segments from 20-days-old seedlings of Pinus nigra (Arn.). The best results were obtained with DCR-medium during the multiplication process. The indicator was the D-rate as an expression of the relation between the multiplication coefficient (Cm) and the percent of the plant survivals. The most adequate to this type of explants was the BAP concentration in rate of 1,0 mg/1. The positive results were obtained using MS-medium with ammonium nitrate in the rate of 400 - 600 mg/1. The higher percent (42 p.c.) of implantation in vitro of Pinus nigra (Arn.) was reached using GD-medium with added perlit.
