РЕЗЮМЕ

При самоопылении линии кукурузы В73О2 в присутствии экзогенной ДНК теосинте (Euchlaena mexicana Shrod) - метод Ohta, 1986 - обнаружены 5 гимерных початков (частота 0,32 %). Их семена использованы для генетического и биохимического анализа в следующих генерациях. Данные об изменениях в фенотипе растений, цвете зерна и числе рядов в початках, как и в спектрах проламивовых белков подтверждают перенос ДНК теосинте в геном кукурузы. Создан разнообразный генетический материал, источник линий с фенотипными признаками теосинте.

SUMMARY

Using selfpolination of Zea mays L. (inbred line B73O3) in the presence of exogenous DNA teosinte (Euchleana mexicana Shröd), and following the procedure of Ohta (1986), 5 hymeric corn-cobs were detected (the frequency rate was 0,32%). Their seeds were used for genetical and biochemical analysis in the next generations. Data concerning plant phenotype alterations, grain colour and number of grain lines in the corn-cob as well as PAGE patterns of prolamine proteins suggest DNA transfer from teosinte to maize genome. Breeding material possessing phenotypic traits of teosinte was selected.
