РЕЗЮМЕ
В период 1985 - 1988 гг. исследована чувствительность Т. harzianum штамм 45 к пестицидам, используемым для тепличных овощей и цветов. Испытаны 32 пестицида, в том числе 17 фунгицидов, 7 инсектицидов и акарицидов и 8 гербицидов. Все пестициды испытывались в концентрациях, рекомендуемых для применении в практике. Исследованные гербициды, инсектициды и акарициды практически не влияют на рост и развитие Т. harzianum штамм 45. Фунгициды из группы дитиокарбаматов, карбаматов, триазолитов, цикличных имидов, каптановых, тирамовых и серных препаратов или незначительно замедляют рост Т. harziaпum штамм 45 или не оказывают никакого влияния на ее рост и развитие. Фунгициды метилтопсин 70 (тиофанат метил) - 0,1 %, фундазол 50 (бе- номил) -0,1% и дитрапекс (метилозоцианат)- 50 cm3 fm2 убивают мицелий Т. harziaпum штамм 45, а действие мугибона 70 (тиофанат метил+манкозеб) - 0,2 % - фунгистатично.
SUMMARY
The tolerance of Trichoderma harzianum strain 45 against pesticides used in vegetable crops in green-houses was tested during a period of three years. The experimental work included 32 pesticides: 17 fungicides, 7 insecticides and acaricides and 8 herbicides. The checommended concentration level was us usually used. Practically no effect on the growth and the development of the strain 45 was observed when herbicides, insecticides and acaricides were applied. The fungicides methiltop sine 70 (thiophanat methil) - 0.1%, fundasol 50 (benomile) - 0.1% and ditrapex (methilozocyanat) in a rate of 50 cm3/m2killed the micelliumof this strain. The action of the preparation mugibon 70 (Thiophanat methil + mancozeb) - 0.2% was fungistatic.
