The study was carried out in a human groups to identical nutritional regims and motor activity. The groups received 50 g BIOSTIM, with 0.9% pectin, containing live Lactobacilli, strain LBB.H.4, from the LBB collection of LB BULGARICUM—CRDP. The selected parameters are sufficiently adequate and informative for assessing the action of the fermented milk products.
