ABSTRACT
Fumarie acid productivity of Candida blankii NA-83 in various culture conditions was investigated. The degree of conversion of n-alkanes to fumarie acid gradualy decreased when the concentrations of the n-alkanes and nitrogen source NH4Cl were increased more then 6% V/V and 0.2 g/l, resp. A highest yield of 60% (36.5 g/l) was obtained with a culture medium containing optimal levels of carbon and nitrogen cources for 7 days at 30 °C.
