ABSTRACT
The production of Ca2+-binding protein isolated of Streptomyces hygroscopicus 155 during growth was based on quantifying phosphodiesterase, NAD-kinase, adeylate cyclase-stimulating activity following purification steps including a column chromatography (ion-exchange and gel-filtration).
