Biased and neutral technological change: empirical evidence from a sample of OECD countries

ABSTRACT

Using data from the KLEMS database for $12$ capitalist countries, pertaining to years 1973–2005, we show that the direction, the composition, and the effects on productivity of technological changes vary considerably across space and time.
