On p. 375, the sentence read:

“To this end, the Americans do not keep track of what is known in technopolistic discourse as ‘collateral damage’, according to Robert Higgs, who also notes the indelible words of General Tommy Douglas that “we don’t do body counts” (195).”

It has now been corrected to read:

“To this end, the Americans do not keep track of what is known in technopolistic discourse as ‘collateral damage’, according to Robert Higgs, who also notes the indelible words of General Tommy Franks that “we don’t do body counts” (195).”
