Guy Standing is Professor of Economic Security, University of Bath, and co-president of the Basic Income Earth Network (BIEN), an international network of social scientists promoting discussion of ways of promoting a basic income as a citizenship right. His latest book is Work after Globalisation: Building Occupational Citizenship (Edward Elgar, 2009)
Nicky Gregson is Professor in Human Geography at the University of Sheffield and Director of the ESRC-funded The Waste of the World programme.
