* NB: In my opinion diet‐induced migraine is unlikely to be caused by antibodies, or indeed by immunology at all, it is more likely to be caused by a combination of neuropharmacological effects of the trigger foods and inefficient body biochemistry. The antibodies are an epiphenomenon, telling us merely that this patient has at some time experienced an episode of ‘leaky gut’. On the other hand, migraine responds splendidly to methods like neutralisation and EPD, which are classic anti‐allergy therapies, and for this reason some argue that migraine must be a true allergy.
