Abstract
Commentary on “Management of Innovation: Recasting the Role of Creativity” by Tudor Rickards
This article deals with some important questions about innovation and creativity and offers some interesting answers. Most organizations I work for as a consultant search desperately for innovation. This is understandable, of course. The importance of (whatever) innovation (is), is getting greater all the time. Product cycles are getting shorter and shorter and competition is getting fiercer and fiercer. What is needed is the ability quickly and timely to develop and implement new products, services, and work processes.
