A new vogue: Not always successful

It has become a fashion or vogue to file suits in court for almost everything, hoping that the litigation will yield considerable gains. In fact, there are gains, but on the side of the attorneys, while unjustified litigations have a fatal tendency to become disastrous for the plaintiff.
