1. The title for this article is borrowed from a famous song by British 80s rock band, The Police, and its various ramblings inspired by George Orwell's brilliant piece about his ideal pub, the Moon under Water. The fact that it didn't exist mattered not a jot. It was something to aspire to! Ditto for the Australian university.
