Abstract

Our commentary presents two perspectives on the preceding articles—the first by Bill McKeachie, now retired from faculty development activities, and the second by an experienced practitioner in the field, Matt Kaplan, Associate Director of the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching at the University of Michigan.
