Marina García-Carmona is Associate Professor at the University of Granada (Melilla Campus, Spain), Visiting Researcher at ICS-University of Lisbon (Portugal), and member of the Analysis of the Educational Reality Research Group (HUM-672). Marina’s research focuses on educational leadership, parents’ participation at school, intercultural education, and ICT.

Izhar Oplatka is Professor of Educational Admnistration and Policy at Tel Aviv University. His areas of study revolves around emotion in educational organizations, the career of school leaders and teachers, and educational reform.
