The article reports the background against which an employability program was implemented; the justification and growing demand for more emphasis on employability skills in graduates; references the changes in academic libraries and services delivered; and, how these changed enabled WOWCC to work in consultation with the libraries to ensure a seamless and successful mode of delivery.
