Abstract
In this paper we present an original method of measuring some electrical properties of TiOx and VOx for various values of x, at high temperature (1023–1323 K) in conditions of thermodynamic equilibrium. The results confirm the electrical behaviour of TiO and VO deduced from room-temperature measurements on quenched samples. The results are discussed within the framework of existing theoretical models.
