Theoretical investigation of non-Ohmic R-ε hopping transport

Abstract

Using a diagram technique, the field dependence of the differential conductivity (E) for R-ε hopping has been studied. For sufficiently high temperatures, the theory predicts a minimum in σ(E) at fairly low fields, which disappears when the temperature is lowered.
