Mobility—diffusivity relationship for degenerate semiconductors under mechanical stress

Abstract

A general formula for the diffusivity—mobility relationship for degenerate semiconductors under mechanical stress is suggested. The stress is common in devices involving heterostructures and oxide-semiconductor materials. Under special conditions the formula reduces to the forms available in the literature.
