Abstract
This paper discusses mobility-temperature-field data obtained from a series of siloxane polymers with pendant carbazole groups. The data are analysed within the frameworks proposed by both Gill and Bässler. Two of the polymers return parameters very similar to those previously reported for polyvinylcarbazole and provide evidence for the role of either impurity-related traps or polaron formation, while the third produces significantly different parameters tentatively assigned to the influence of impurities.
