Abstract
A With a new experimental method measuring the photocurrent decay in a poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK)/2,4,7-trinitrofluorenone (TNF) layer, we demonstrate the existence of two trapping sites. By changing, as much as possible, the temperature range and TNF content, we are able to attribute these two trapping sites to the doping molecules forming, with carbazoles from PVK, charge-transfer complex units.
