It has been brought to our attention that, in our 2014 paper (Cho et al. 2014) we have not acknowledged the prior publication of a paper by Ohori, K. A., Ledoux, H, and Meijers, M. on a similar topic, with a similar approach (Ohori et al. 2012). If we had been aware of the paper we would have cited it. Reliance on a bibliography from 2010/11 from an early draft of the paper, which we submitted to ISSDQ 2011, with some later updating, does not excuse this unfortunate oversight.
