Home-situation-related differences in the quality of working life in the Netherlands

Abstract

In this brief research report we demonstrate differences in quality of working life (QWL) in a Dutch data-set for workers in different household situations and conclude that a life course perspective is helpful in the study of QWL.

Dans cette courte note de recherche, nous mettons en évidence les différences en termes de qualité de vie au travail d'un échantillon de travailleurs hollandais ayant des situations familiales différentes et nous concluons qu'une approche basée sur l’évolution de la situation familiale est utile pour l’étude de la qualité de vie au travail.
