Pearl Milnes is a 22-year-old student of Art and Design at York College. She loves painting and drawing but is fascinated by words and her great love is writing. She also illustrates her own stories and poems. She lives in York with her parents, younger brothers and sister. She has Downs Syndrome.
Dan Goodley is Professor of Disability Studies at the University of Sheffield. He is a proud Dad of Ruby and Rosa, a huge Libertines fan and a long-suffering Nottingham Forest season ticket holder.
