Xiaoming Tian is a lecturer at Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has obtained his doctorate from the School of Critical Studies in Education, Faculty of Education and Social Work, The University of Auckland, New Zealand. He has been placed on the Dean of Graduate Studies’ List (Dean’s List) in recognition of the excellence of his doctoral research. He is an editor of the Chinese academic journal entitled Higher Education Journal. His research interests include curriculum studies, critical policy analysis, knowledge and bilingual education in China. Email: [email protected].
