Abstract

A concentrated suspension, containing 21 vol% solids, was pumped through three needles at a constant flow rate and was subjected to electrostatic atomization in the cone-jet mode. The resulting sprays were focused with three point-like ground electrodes and printed on a substrate, simultaneously, forming multiple tracks, each 70 μm wide. The mean relic size in the tracks were remarkably consistent at ∼30 mm.
