Notes

[1] Note here that I use the terms mobile phone and cell phone interchangeably. In many North American and Caribbean contexts, cell phone (or cellular) is commonly used to describe what in Europe, Australia and other countries is referred to as a mobile phone. Although I did not note a specific reference to the colloquial term in India, the book was printed and published with Harvard University Press in the US.
