Activity Theory: A Basic Tool for an Occupational Therapist?

Abstract

The 2nd International Congress for Research on Activity Theory took place in Lahti, Finland, May 21–25, 1990. The author participated in this very interesting and educational congress. This article briefly describes activity theory today and evaluates its purposefulness for occupational therapy.
