Abstract

Council Meeting 1996 had for the first time a non-participating observers gallery where visitors from Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi and Columbia were able to listen to the whole proceedings. There were also a number of students from Kenya, Uganda and Sweden who joined the gallery for one or two days. Three Kenyan students were asked to give their impressions on this event.
