Dynamic simulation analysis on loader’s working device

&

ABSTRACT

The structure and performance of the working device of the loader have a significant effect on the working size, production efficiency, production cost and market competitiveness of the whole machine. In order to improve the overall performance of loaders’ working devices, dynamic simulation analysis of loaders’ working devices is carried out by using the mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS. A three-dimensional model of working device of loader is established by using Pro/E, and its working status and mechanical simulation carried out by using ADAMS. Finally, the envelope of motion simulation, the centre curve of bucket, the curve of cylinder rotation speed and acceleration, and the force diagram of each hinge point are given. The result shows that the model design of the load working device is in accordance with the actual product, which provides the basis for future analysis and structural optimisation.
