Simca Simpson Lapp is a PhD Candidate in Politics and International Relations at Queen Mary, University of London and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics. Her doctoral research focuses on the role of care, labor and migration rights regimes in implementing international norms on domestic work in Uruguay and Argentina. She recently co-authored a publication in Oxford Development Studies, and has contributed to academic and policy publications on the topics of care and human development.
