Ananda Winter is a PhD student in Political Science and a researcher at the Center for Studies and Research on Women (NEPEM/UFMG) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília. Her research focuses on women’s political participation, gender parity, and political violence against women in Latin America.
