Jola Pellumbi

Jola Pellumbi has a PhD in history from King’s College London and specialises in sixteenth-century Venice. She works on male attire and patterns of consumption among the patrician class. She teaches History of Early Modern Europe at King’s College London and is the co-founder of Dressing the Early Modern Network (http://www.dressingtheearlymodern.com), which was set up for the purpose of bringing together early career researchers working on any aspect of dress in the early modern period through international annual conferences.
