Eva van Kemenade

Eva van Kemenade is a Joint PhD Candidate at the Centre for the Study of the Renaissance at the University of Warwick and the University of Amsterdam. Her research focuses on the political implications of public festivals in early modern Italy and France. She has held fellowships at the École française de Rome, the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales and the Royal Netherlands Institute in Rome and was awarded the Prix de Paris for her study on popular festivals in Lyon.
