Abstract
The journal is relaunched under new cover and style starting with the current issue while its objectives and scope remain intact. Henceforth, each issue will be accompanied by a brief editorial comment on a contemporary topic the evolution of which is considered important for the region. Currently, developments regarding the future of Kosovo are regarded as the elements that will define the prospects for stability in the region for the forthcoming months.
