The Editorial board of the Journal of Iberian and Latin American Studies, the guest editors of the dossier ‘Trajectories of Republican Exiles after the Spanish Civil War’, and her fellow contributors, pay tribute to the memory and the research trajectory of Dr Olga Glondys. It was with deep sadness that we were informed of her passing last 17 July 2020, while her article was being reviewed. We would like to honour her extraordinary research and her many accomplishments by publishing her posthumous article ‘Cold War controversies in the pro-amnesty campaigns of the Spanish political prisoners (1961) and the erosion of Spanish exiles’ leadership in the anti-Francoist policies’. She will be very much missed, and we would like to pass on our sincere condolences to her family and friends.
