Victoria Samson is the Washington Office Director of the Secure World Foundation, a private operating foundation that promotes the long-term sustainable use of outer space. Bharath Gopalaswamy is a Senior Research Scholar at Cornell University's Judith Reppy Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies, where he is directing a project on space security.
