Kathryn Sikkink is the Regents Professor and McKnight Presidential Chair of Political Science at the University of Minnesota. In addition to her latest book, The Justice Cascade: How Human Rights Prosecutions Are Changing World Politics, her publications include Activists Beyond Borders: Transnational Advocacy Networks in International Politics (co-authored with Margaret Keck) and Mixed Signals: U.S. Human Rights Policy and Latin America. She is a fellow of the Council on Foreign Relations and the American Association for Arts and Sciences and a member of the editorial board for International Studies Quarterly, International Organization, and the American Political Science Review.
